East London Dance

Since 2023, I have been working with East London Dance, providing strategic coaching to support their team in time management, annual program planning, and KPI development. In the summer of 2024, I stepped in as interim CEO for two weeks, ensuring seamless operational and program continuity while supporting the team in delivering major projects and resolving any challenges that arose.

Beyond this, I have collaborated closely with the CEOs to develop, write, and submit funding applications of up to £200k, securing vital support for their pioneering work. East London Dance continues to be a driving force in dance development, empowering artists, choreographers, producers, and local communities—ranging in age from 4 to 94—to express their creativity, build skills, and access professional opportunities.

Through this partnership, I remain committed to championing dance as a tool for empowerment, connection, and artistic growth in East London and beyond.
